| Reveres will assist her clients to monitor the performance of their workers. Performance evaluation will be send to the respective clients for the superiors to evaluate their subordinates. Upon completing the evaluation, Reveres will collect the evaluation forms and compute the score, and chart the dispersion. Reveres will give a report on the performance of each section or department and recommend ways to adjust the compensation. Reveres will also prepare the necessary letters to the workers to inform them on their annual increment, merit adjustment or promotion. |
