Permanent placement

All companies will need to maintain a pool of permanent staff / workers as their base or backbone of the company. With the fixed number of permanent staff / workers, the companies will then be able to calculate their available manpower versus any job orders that they are able to accept and deliver. Reveres assist her clients to recruit their permanent staff / workers requirement; both locally and overseas.

Contract placement

Some companies may have a sudden increase of job / sales orders, and is not sure how long that the orders will last, the companies will resort to use contract placement. Clients can look for the workers in the open market on contract terms, or alternatively can sign an agreement with Reveres to supply the workers on a contracted period, or to take over a total production line. Contracted period of workers supply can be from three (3) months and up to three (3) years.

Temporary Placement

Workers fall sick, goes on leaves (annual leave, no pay leave, industrial accidents, etc,) or a temporary or short term increase of job orders, means that the company is short handed, and will need someone to help out temporarily. Reveres help her clients by supplying short term or temporary staff / workers to meet her clients temporary manpower requirement.

Temporary to Permanent Placement

If clients would like to try out a temporary staff for a short period before confirming them as permanent employee, Reveres can assist her in this process. During the ¡°try out¡± period, clients can assess the temporary staff in the actual working environment before deciding whether he/she is the ideal employee to join their company as a permanent staff. This method is good when the clients are not too sure that they need a permanent staff or whether the person recruited is the most suitable employee for the company.

Overseas¡¯ Recruitment

There is a great shortage of workers in Singapore, be it unskilled or skilled. To meet her clients manpower requirement Reveres help to arrange for her clients to recruit workers from overseas, in countries like China (PRC), India, Bangladesh, among others.

Local & International Executive Search

Reveres provide executive search services for her clients who prefer not to disclose their companies¡¯details when searching for executive, manager or professionals due to confidentiality issues. Clients can select the candidates from Reveres data pool, or advertise for the position via Reveres. Reveres will conduct preliminary interviews and shortlists the candidates for final interview and selection by her clients.
