Position: Application Engineer
- Salary: S$3,000/- to S$3,600/-
Responsibilities
- Provide product technical support to customer, including pre-sales and post-sales inquiries.
- Conduct product failure analysis, technical report writing, and presentation to customer.
- Provide technical support to field service engineers.
- Hands-on with product testing and troubleshooting (30% of the time).
- Support sales in technical presentation, product selection based on customer’s process and application.
- Work with production team to identify process/product quality issues and implement improvement ideas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering or technical support role.
- Engineering diploma/degree
- Understand basic electrical schematic diagram.
- Able to work independently, and in collaboration with other team members.
- Knowledge of vacuum technology, semiconductor manufacturing chemistry, and basic programming skills will be advantageous.
