Responsibilities

  • Handle full cycle of the purchasing function in the Company
  • Manage timely purchasing support to all departments, ensure purchasing activities are adhered with Company’s procedures and policies
  • Perform sourcing, price negotiation and order fulfilment and manage suppliers’ performance
  • Keep proper and updated purchasing documentation for audit purpose
  • Seek continuous improvement on purchasing control, pricing and deliveries

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 5 years relevant experience; or Diploma holders with at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of the full purchasing cycle
  • Working knowledge of vendor selection and credit terms negotiation
  • Able to read and write in Chinese in order to review vendors’ contract and agreement in Chinese”.
  • Interested and able to lead a department
