Position: Customer Service Manager

  • Working Hours: 44 hours/week with rotating shifts
  • Salary: $4000 – $5000
  • Location: Orchard

Responsibilities

  • Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department
  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
  • Possibly delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams
  • Managing customers’ accounts
  • Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Represent Company to attend the consultation / hearing at Small Claims Tribunals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of related experience with 5 years in service center management
  • Knowledge in spare parts management
  • Computer literate
  • Gadget product knowledge required (laptop, camera, headset and etc)
