Position: Receptionist

  • Working Hours: 5 days’ work week (retail shift hours)
  • Location: Bukit Timah
  • Salary: $1,800 – $2,300


  • Station at the Mall Information Counter
  • Promptly attend to queries from shopping mall tenants and mall customers
  • Provide directions and guides to mall patrons
  • Make announcements using the PA system as and when necessary
  • Provide support for marketing campaigns, lucky draws, and promotions
  • Assist with vouchers redemption
  • Attend to incoming calls, including call screening and directing and message taking
  • Arrange courier service
  • Sort outgoing and incoming mails
  • General office administration


  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience as a receptionist duties
  • Possess good telephone etiquette
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • People-oriented
  • Well organized
