Position: Technician
- Working Hours: 5 days’ work week rotating shifts
- Location: Jurong Island
- Salary: $2,000 – $2,300
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, builder, etc) for the building and related facilities
- Supervise sub-contractors who carry out approved repair works and scheduled maintenance in the building
- Assist Facilities Executive & officer to execute preventive maintenance regime and/or ad-hoc upgrading project and monitor the work progress
- Assist Facilities Executive & officer to attend to tenant’s feedback on the building and related facilities
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff when required
Requirements:
- NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Building/Facilities management or relevant discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in facility/building maintenance
- Able to carry out basic air con maintenance, minor plumbing work and troubleshoot sanitary sewers system, troubleshoot and rectify electrical problems and installation
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision
- Preferably possess own transport
