Position: Warehouse Supervisor
- Working Hours: 5.5 days’ work week Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm
- Location: Penjuru
- Salary: $2,300 – $2,500
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Assistance Operations Manager (Log), the Warehouse Supervisor has the responsibility for the supervision and control of the warehouse team;
- Responsible for the warehouse, receiving, expediting and storage of goods and material housekeeping of the warehouse
- Conduct morning briefing on safety and work schedule on a daily basis
- Work in accordance with the department’s objectives and procedures
- Responsible for controlling the stock and ensuring the WMS system is updated
- Liaising with respective coordinators on the cargo status
- Ensure that all goods and materials received are in an acceptable condition on arrival and carry the proper papers/ certification as specified
- Ensure that all goods and materials are stored in a safe and proper manner
- Ensure that all goods and materials are packed properly and carry the necessary documentation before expediting
- Ensure that all off-land goods and materials are properly marked and segregated
- Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of good and material
Requirements:
- Possess forklift licence
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
